We can now announce the show's Sunday night headliner: Oklahoma psych-rock legends the Flaming Lips! That's right, it's going to be one big party in the park with Wayne Coyne and the boys. Past Flaming Lips shows have featured confetti, fake blood, naked dancers, animal costumes, and Wayne walking on top of the crowd inside a big plastic bubble. Who knows what they've got up their sleeves.
