Today was a FANTASTIC day! I had the pleasure of seeing THE DECEMBERISTS down at pioneer square in downtown Portland today. Then, I went and saw GREG PROOPS stand up. My mind has been visually blown and stimulated way too much today. How will I ever get to sleep after such an awesome adventure.
The Decemberists played THREE new songs from their upcoming LP, lots of harmonica, really, really different than previous material. They also played tons of shit off Picaresque and a few songs from the Crane Wife (I heard THE ISLAND live :) ) and Hazards of love... Awesome show, I have the rest of the images from this show posted on Face book...
