Call to artists: PNAP
Cracked Pots and Recology, operator of Metro's Central Transfer Station, will invite five Portland tri-county-area artists to glean materials for their art at the dump in 2011.
The five artists chosen for the 6-month program, the Pacific Northwest Art Program (PNAP), will receive a $1,000 stipend and 80% of sales of their art at a public show in September.
