Went and saw
NOAH AND THE WHALE last night at the
DOUG FIR... and they sound fantastic live. Better than their recording. They totally commanded the stage and the crowd showed a whole lot of love towards them ... they just didnt get a "yea, you finished the song" applause ... they got an extended appluad on every song. Watching NatW in a tiny club like that ... you felt like something special was happening and we were part of it. This something that someday people would look back on and say "I was there when they played that show." ... It was a great show.
