Lansing Board of Water & Light Chili Cookoff 2008

The LBW&L 2008 Chili cookoff was last Friday. We entered some Carnitas and Queso chili under the Pancheros guise. After all was said and done we ended up taking 1st place in the Restaurant category, who'd of thunk it. Pancheros was awarded this trophey...

Nice! I want some of that award winning chili! Does is have any of the merciless peppers of Quetzlzacatenango, grown deep in the jungle primeval by the inmates of a Guatemalan insane asylum?
